Baltimore Christmas Market 2026

MTA buses stop right across Light Street from the market at Light St and Lee St, southbound. The organizers put the Charles Center Metro SubwayLink station and Camden Station (MARC trains) about 11 minutes' walk away, and the Camden light rail stop about 12 minutes. The free Charm City Circulator Purple Route stops at the Baltimore Visitor Center on Light Street every 13 minutes; from Penn Station, ride it toward the Inner Harbor. The Circulator runs until 8 pm Monday to Thursday, midnight Friday and Saturday and 7 pm Sunday, and does not run on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day.

The organizers have arranged discount rates at two garages for same-day parking on market days (no overnight). At Harbor Court Garage, across the street, park first and then scan the discount code at the Carousel or the Information Booth in the heated tent to get the all-day rate. Lockwood Place Garage is a little farther east and is booked in advance through a parking app, using the market's name. Accessible parking is at Harbor Court Garage.

The organizers say the market grounds are wheelchair accessible. Some vendor huts let shoppers step inside, and those have a step up. During the season an accessibility hotline will send an attendant with a portable ramp to take you into those huts for your whole visit; the 2026 number is due in early November. Accessible parking is at Harbor Court Garage across Light Street.

The organizers warn that the heated tent gets crowded on weekend days, and on select weekend days adults need the $5 Season Pass to go inside. Weekdays (Wednesday to Friday for most of the season) are free and less packed. In heavy rain or snow the market may close early or not open at all, and it posts changes on its website and social media.

The Inner Harbor Ice Rink, run by the Waterfront Partnership, opens daily from November 6, 2026 to January 18, 2027, a short walk around the harbor from the market. It is open noon to 10 pm Monday to Thursday, later on Fridays and Saturdays, and 9 am to 8 pm on Sundays. Holiday hours are noon to 10 pm on Thanksgiving, 10 am to 5 pm on Christmas Eve and 4 to 11 pm on Christmas Day. Tickets go on sale November 2.

The Inner Harbor itself and the downtown blocks just north of Pratt Street are a few minutes' walk from West Shore Park. Federal Hill, south of the harbor, is about a 10-minute walk, and Harbor East and Fells Point are farther along the waterfront, an easy walk or a Circulator ride.
