The organizer runs a free shuttle bus service and strongly encourages visitors to use it, because parking near the market is very limited. Coming from the west on Route 45 or the south on Route 104, use the western stops on Route 45: Christ United Lutheran (Four Bells) Church, 3.5 miles west of town, or the Church of the Brethren, 2 miles west. Coming from the east on Route 45 or the south on Route 304, use the eastern stop at the Buffalo Valley Produce Auction on Violet Road. The organizer's site has a shuttle route map.

Park at one of the shuttle stops rather than in town. For the eastern lot at the Buffalo Valley Produce Auction: from Route 304, turn right onto Maple Street, go 3 miles to Ridge/Violet Road and turn right; from Route 45 East, turn left onto Dreisbach Church Road, go about 1.5 miles to the four-way stop, turn right onto Furnace Road, then take the next left onto Violet Road. In 2026, accessible parking near the market is in the Union County Government Center lot, for wheelchair and power chair users and placarded vehicles only. School and tour buses drop off at Market and 6th or Market and 4th, then park at the shuttle lots.

Mifflinburg is a small town and the market fills Market Street between 4th and 6th Streets, so anywhere in the town center is walkable. If you stay farther out, for example in Lewisburg to the east, plan on driving to one of the shuttle lots.
