Milwaukee Christmas Market 2026

Deer District lists two parking structures beside Fiserv Forum: the 5th Street Parking Structure at 1215 N 5th St, which you can only enter from McKinley Avenue, and the Highland Structure at 1030 N 6th St. Customers of Deer District bars and restaurants can park free for up to three hours in the Highland structure: park in an unreserved space, then ask your server or cashier for the Customer Parking Offer and register your plate within 15 minutes. The offer does not apply on arena event nights. No rates are posted, so check at the entrance.

The Milwaukee Holiday Lights Festival runs downtown from November 19, 2026 to January 1, 2027, starting with a Kickoff Extravaganza on Thursday, November 19, with live music, Santa's arrival, fireworks and a free Jingle Bus tour of the displays afterward. Through the season, Cathedral Square Park is filled with more than 100 trees decorated by local schools and groups, and Zeidler Union Square becomes Santa's Celebration Square.

Fiserv Forum is on the north edge of downtown, so Westown, the Park East area and the northern end of the downtown core are all walkable. Old World Third Street, with its restaurants and bars, runs right along the east side of the Deer District.
